Diversity & Inclusion in Malaysia
Eric Toh is a dynamic and empathetic coach and facilitator working across the world. In this session he will share these two leadership qualities and use examples from his work that illustrate the harmonious relationship of respect and sensitivity that is needed to work across a developing country with three distinct cultural groups – Chinese, Indian and Malay.
Eric will share the substle nuances that impact on right business relationships taking in to account the rich culture of Malaysia where freedom of religion is respected and diversity as well as inclusion are always considered in the workplace. Eric will share his leadership style and how he has been able to develop a range of emotional intelligence and workplace culture skills that are empowering and enable him to cross cultural borders successfully.
