Stephen has strong framework of organisational leadership that is soundly based in people skills. How you know yourself and know others; be aware of how your words, actions and behaviour effects others is a beacon shining brightly when genuine empathy to and for others in required in the workplace and in particular leadership behaviour.
Stephen’s experience of many different leadership styles has shown how organisational culture influences those styles. I have seen how the value of emotional intelligence has become critical to leadership and organisational success and how leaders need to be far more aware of how they are showing up to the people that they lead.
