Biography

Caroline is an advocate for youth personal development and mental wellbeing. She is a mum of two, mentor, founder of EiSHT, food obsessed, lifelong learner, and avid volunteer. Caroline is driven to be a role model to her daughters and the many young teens that she engages with each year to support them in achieving their potential and being happier! Caroline worked in food, retail and hospitality until she embarked on creating EiSHT in 2019. “I absolutely loved my job and I felt successful, but I wasn’t happy. That was a big turning point. I also realised that I had spent so much time working and being a mum that I had no hobbies”. In 2016, Caroline went about setting up a youth group for teens with the motivation to have a great club operational for when her daughters reached that age. The outcome was far greater. Her belief that everyone has potential and can use their uniqueness to personal gain led her to develop a programme called EiSHT – Emotionally intelligent, Skilled, Happy Teens. Through workshops and one to one, Caroline delivers a mental wellbeing toolkit targeted at building up our generation teen!
