Ashan shares his leadership belief in developing not only his own leadership but those of his employees. Core values of the ‘family company’ compliment a mindful and respectful Sri Lankan culture where psychiological safety of all involved is seen in everyday interpersonal behaviours and opportunities for growth.
Growing the business over 7 years and recently through the pandemic includes supporting 150 employees in IT product development and call centres where the culture of team leaders and managers in ‘having their backs” is visible and widely acknowledged. Crossing virtual and global boundaries is deeply grounded in humility and honourable customer service and care for the wellbeing of all concerned.
