In this session Ben will share his perspective on Australian leadership and his personal framework ‘CAC” that underpins his leadership style of being ‘like a shepherd.’ With many years of studying just how pivotal emotions are in leadership, Ben will share his ‘to be human’ perspective – the skills of self awareness and awareness of others and how to use them smartly to communicate and influence others.
